8 sniff walk ideas for your dog in Phoenix

Sniffspot! Have you heard of Sniffspot before? We LOVE using Sniffspot when we are traveling and they are also available in Phoenix! Here is how Sniffspot works: you are renting someone's property to take your pup to and enjoy, and it's all YOURS during the rental time. Pretty cool, right?

● Outdoor malls. This is our most used option, we love taking Sasha to an outdoor mall before all of the shops open and let her lead the way and sniff! If we get to a mall too close to opening time then it becomes a little busy and overwhelming for all of us, so we stick to getting their a few hours before the shops open and it's always a win.

● Visit your local library. Yep, your local library! Sasha loves going to library parking lot sniffs, believe it or not there is a lot for them to sniff at the library and it's usually nice and quiet there.

● Urban Sniffari: if you're downtown try walking your pup around the convention center, heritage square and the stadiums. Early morning is best!

● Check out the Riparian Preserve in Gilbert, it's a gorgeous park in an urban area. There is also a library right next to the park, bonus!!

● Business parks! Research your local business parks and see if you can walk your pup there during non-business hours. So many great sniffs are to be had at business parks!

● Costo - Yes, Costo!! Costco parking lots have supreme sniffs and very few dogs there!

● Go to your local trail at off peak times, yes that means early morning! Your pup will thank you, we promise!
